Learn More About Membership
Membership in the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan is open to attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial specialists who have received Collaborative Practice training. CPIM, formed in 2004, is at the forefront of developing Collaborative Practice across the State of Michigan. Membership is vital for anyone interested in changing Michigan’s divorce culture and working as a Collaborative professional. In addition to being able to cite membership in the organization as a Collaborative professional, membership provides the following benefits:
- Listing in the "Find a Professional" section of the CPIM website, essential for referrals
- Automatic membership in the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) at a reduced group rate
- Access to the members only sections of both CPIM and IACP websites
- Membership in Michigan practice groups nearest you
- Notice of collaborative practice advanced training opportunities
- Subscription to the bi-monthly newsletter, "Collaborative Chronicles"
- Opportunities to stay connected to professionals with whom you might work in the collaborative field
